where deep questions lead to aligned actions
Hi, I'm Eve.
I’ve always believed curiosity is more than a trait; it’s a compass. A quiet guide that invites us to pause and ask the hard questions—especially in a world that encourages us to keep pushing, performing, and hustling.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and reflection. I’ve led multimedia teams, built a robust experiential learning program, mentored emerging leaders, and shaped digital content strategies.
Through InQuisitiEve, my vision is to create something different. In this place, you can not only reflect through writing and tools, but eventually find a community of practice for meaningful reflection. A space where growth doesn’t happen in isolation, but alongside others who are also choosing alignment over performance.
Here’s what I’ve learned: we don’t need more productivity hacks—we need the courage to ask deeper questions—the kind that tug at our values, disrupt old patterns, and reconnect us to what really matters.
"I am no longer performing for acceptance. I am living for alignment.”
That’s why I created InQuisitiEve—a space for introspective leaders and creatives to slow down, explore deeply, and engage with ideas that don’t just inform, but transform.
At the center of everything I write is Self-Aligned Leadership™. It’s different from traditional “self-leadership,” which often focuses on discipline, productivity, and personal effectiveness. Self-Aligned Leadership™ is about congruence—honoring your values, reclaiming your voice, and leading from a place of integrity rather than performance. It’s not just about managing yourself—it’s about aligning yourself with what’s true.
To support this practice, I created the Loop Framework™—a tool that helps uncover emotional patterns, challenge protective stories, and create aligned strategies that move you forward.
This isn’t a space for surface-level fixes.
It’s a space to begin again—with greater clarity, greater honesty, and greater alignment.

And if you notice me referencing a movie, series, or novel? That’s intentional.
I love stories—especially the ones that illuminate the human condition. They have a way of holding up a mirror we didn’t know we needed.
