Hi, I'm Eve.

I’ve always believed that curiosity isn’t just a trait—it’s a compass. A quiet kind of power that helps us pause and ask the hard questions, especially when the world around us says: keep pushing, keep performing, don’t look too closely.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and reflection. I’ve led multimedia teams, built experiential learning programs, advised on digital content strategy, and mentored emerging leaders—not by giving answers, but by helping them face the questions they’d been avoiding.

And here’s what I now understand:
We don’t need better strategies until we’ve asked better questions.
The kind that tug at our values, disrupt our habits, and realign us with our truth.

That’s the foundation of InQuisitiEve—a space where introspective leaders and creatives can explore ideas that don’t just inform, but transform.

At the center of my writing is Self-Aligned Leadership—a philosophy that says true leadership starts within—and the Loop Framework™, a tool I developed to help identify the patterns that keep us stuck and the reflections that help us move forward.

This blog isn’t here to hand out quick fixes. It’s a place to slow down, think deeper, and begin again—with more clarity, more honesty, and more alignment.
