Hi, I'm Eve.

I’ve always believed that curiosity isn’t just a trait—it’s a compass. A quiet, powerful guide that invites us to pause and ask the hard questions, especially in a world that tells high-achieving women to keep pushing, keep performing, and never look back.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and reflection. I’ve led multimedia teams, built experiential learning programs, mentored emerging leaders, and shaped digital content strategies—not by handing out answers, but by helping others face the questions they’ve been avoiding.

Here’s what I’ve learned:
We don’t need more productivity hacks—we need the courage to face the hard questions. The kind that tug at our values, disrupt our patterns, and reconnect us to what really matters. 

That’s why I created InQuisitiEve—a space for introspective leaders and creatives to slow down, explore deeply, and engage with ideas that don’t just inform, but transform.

At the center of everything I write is a belief in Self-Aligned Leadership—a philosophy that says true leadership begins within. It’s about honoring your values, reclaiming your voice, and leading from a place of integrity, not performance. I also created the Loop Framework™, a tool designed to help you uncover emotional patterns, challenge protective stories, and apply reflective growth tools that move you forward.
